Insurance Advisor

An established consulting firm specializing in Risk Management and Insurance Consulting is seeking to hire an Insurance Consulting Advisor. The objective is to deliver enhanced value through insurance consulting and advisory services to corporate clients globally. Furthermore, the role entails contributing to the advancement of value-adding insurance consulting, advisory, and insurance due diligence services for corporate clients, along with actively participating in business development endeavors.

Context:
As part of a team, the suitable candidate services, performs and develops insurance advisory services to large corporates, such as:  
•    Supervises and guides the placement of large insurance programs directly or via brokers,
•    Monitors the flow of information between insureds and brokers for accuracy, timing and adequacy, 
•    Scrutinizes insurance policies, 
•    Monitors premium flow between brokers, insurance companies and insured entities, 
•    Sets and supervises insurance claims processes
•    Handles insurance claims
•    Writes reports, including insurance due diligence reports
•    Provides insurance due diligence services and/or sets insurance standards for large projects. 
•    In the course of the business cooperates/liaises/works with both top executives and line management of the clients.  
•    Builds, expands, and solidifies relationships at all levels of corporate management and provides and leads resources to address clients’ needs. 
•    Ensures operational excellence, demonstrating technical competency and adheres to agreed deadlines and KPIs.

Qualifications & Experience:
Must have:
•    University degree 
•    2-3 years of experience in the “wider” consulting or insurance industry (Consulting Companies-Big4, insurance companies, international broker, insurance desk of large corporates, loss adjusters etc)
Skills & Competencies:
•    Power user of the Office suite
•    Excellent command of English
•    Ability to travel occasionally within Greece, abroad.
•    Excellent communication & presentation skills
•    Report writing and proofing ability
