Ecommerce Customer Service Assistant

 

 

ABOUT US:

B&F Group is the biggest Greek clothing retailer that manages two brands: BSB & LYNNE. With more than 40 years of experience in the fashion industry, the group distributes clothes in more than 22 countries and has an extensive presence in Eastern Europe.

 

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE:

  • Process orders received from our company’s ecommerce platforms
  • Communicate with our warehouses for order fulfilment issues
  • Manage incoming customer communication (emails, social media, calls etc.) regarding complaints, order related issues and other website enquiries.
  • Process ecommerce returns and refunds
  • Monitor daily and monthly KPIs to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

 

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Native Greek speaker
  • Fluency in English, especially in written communication
  • Previous customer support and/or order fulfilment experience of at least two years in online shop.
  • Excellent MS Excel skills
  • Accounting skills will be considered a plus
  • Excellent communication skills and customer-centric approach
  • Team player, with a strong work ethic and high sentiment of accountability
