About the new job

There is currently a job opening “Storeman” in the Stores Department. As a Storeman you will be responsible for store’s control, and you will provide logistics’ support within our Line, Base and Shops Maintenance. If you wish to have a key role in the proper care and maintenance of our logistics, this role is for you!

 

What you will do:

  • Coordinate provision of materials and tools required for maintenance to aircraft mechanics
  • Monitor Stores’ general storage conditions
  • Handle and store properly sensitive components as well as dangerous goods according to Material Safety Data Sheet instructions
  • Coordinate fleet’s removable parts and distribute to the Stores-Dispatch
  • Execute Inventory stock control and record transactions
  • Report discrepancies noticed during preparation of materials and stock items
  • Oversee good’s shipping process
  • Evaluate non-conforming goods and arrange their scrapping or return to suppliers
  • Monitor and update all the above tasks through our maintenance software (AMOS)

 

You fit, if you cover the following requirements:

  • High School Diploma
  • Proven experience in material handling equipment will be considered an asset
  • Adequate knowledge in oral and written English
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • Driving license

 

And you have competence in:

  • Prioritizing and organizing duties
  • Committing strongly to guidelines and procedures
  • Demonstrating attention to detail
  • Communicating effectively in a structured manner, with all stakeholders
  • Working collaboratively
