As a Programmatic Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include developing and executing programmatic strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across digital platforms. As a part of the Acquisition team, you will play a key role in optimizing advertising campaigns, maximizing ROI, and staying abreast of industry trends to ensure the company remains competitive in the online gambling market.
Your role:
- Strategically manage and oversee the performance of programmatic activities, assuming full operational accountability
- Lead programmatic planning and media buying across all regions, ensuring optimization for substantial growth with a focus on ROI
- Collaborate closely with additional teams to recommend effective growth strategies and allocate budgets accordingly
- Drive programmatic innovation within the team, leveraging relevant tools, and identifying new BETAs and data sources
- Clearly communicate performance metrics and identify opportunities for growth
- Generate regular (daily, weekly, and monthly reports) reports to track key performance metrics and provide insights to the broader team
- Conduct competitive analysis to stay informed about industry trends and competitors' strategies
- Coordinate with other departments for integrated marketing campaigns
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Data Science, or other relevant fields
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience, demonstrating a proven track record of success in a similar capacity (experience in gambling industry is considered as a plus)
- Deep comprehension of the programmatic landscape, with hands-on experience in planning and buying self-serve programmatic, through at least one platform
- Highly proficient in numerical analysis, with advanced Excel skills for campaign analysis and recommendation purposes, leveraging analytics to drive decision-making
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in specific data analysis tools and software
- Attention to detail and experience recording data across multiple sources
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Adaptability and a willingness to learn and embrace new technologies and methodologies
What Defines Success: Your Qualifications:
- Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Looker)
- Previous experience in a similar position or experience from a Media Agency
- Optimization and refinement of digital campaigns through Real-Time Bidding, across a range of DSP & DMP platforms (such as Google Display and Video 360, Adform/MediaMath)
- Skills in creating data visualizations, and dashboards to effectively communicate insights and trends
- Familiarity with attribution modeling and third-party analytics data
- Stay Up-to-Date: Stay informed about the latest technologies and trends in digital marketing
- Adept at A/B testing and various campaign optimization techniques
- Certification in relevant advertising platforms is a plus
