Kyknos team having an extended presence in production of food, is looking forward to recruit a Junior Key account Manager for the Head office team, in Athens.

The position is full time with indefinite duration contract, reporting to Senior National Account Manager

Main responsibilities of the position: Junior Key Account Manager, is a passionate, self-motivated, and detail-oriented team player who is committed to the success of our customers. Main focus areas  will be the growth and development of existing clients, as well as generation of new business by identifying, implementing, and executing new strategies. 

 The ideal candidate:

  • Operates as the primary point of contact for key account stakeholders
  • Develops a trusted advisory relationship with accounts, customer stakeholders and internal partners
  • Monitors account progress versus the annual business plan and the budget aiming to ensure successful targets achievement.
  • Develops new business within existing clients and/or identify areas of opportunities to meet sales targets
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams including marketing/ trade marketing to ensure seamless execution of strategies and alignment with company targets
  • Prepares monthly, quarterly and annual sales plans, reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
  • Implements Promos Evaluation in cooperation with Trade Marketing

 Knowledge and Technical skills

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or other related field
  • Master degree is mandatory
  • 3 years of professional experience. Experience in FMCG sector is considered as a plus
  • Category management experience is considered as a plus
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language (both written and communication skills)
