Responsibilities
• Ensure that guests checking in and checking out are handled according to apart hotel standards and that their expectations are met on a day-to-day basis.
• Assist guests with all check-in procedures, Issue room keys, and answer any questions they may have.
• Take extra care to address any special needs of guests, or possible guest complaints
• Provide highest service standards to our guests, welcome them in an exceptionally warm, polite, friendly, and professional manner.
• Provide additional information to the guests that are tailored to their preferences.
• Post the relevant charges to the appropriate account, to provide the itemized bills to the guests, and make sure that they are delivered promptly and are accurate.
• Ensure guest information is updated and accurate at all times.
• Make all the needed orders on time and ensure the fine operation of the appartments.
• Ensure that all front office interior and exterior, as well as furniture and equipment, are always clean and well maintained.
