Position Summary:
Our Front Office Employees primarily will be responsible to serve as the first point of contact to assist Aluma Hotels & Resorts guests. Also, in this role, one should be able to manage various tasks on a daily basis to ensure great customer service and that company’s operations run smoothly.
Prerequisites:
- One or more years working experience in a similar role in the hospitality sector
- Degree / Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism will be an advantage
- Very good knowledge of English language
- A second language will be considered as a plus
