Currently, we are looking to bring on board a qualified Secretary for BoD, Public Relations & Investors Relations Department. Main tasks include processing documents and reports, corresponds with third parties, liaise with all internal departments
What you will need to do:
- Process, type, edit and format documents and reports for the Top Management.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and accordingly inform Top Management and competent departments.
- Notify Top Management decisions to competent departments for further action and implementation.
- Liaise with internal departments and correspond for Company affairs with third parties(public ,entities, suppliers, port users and customers etc)..
- Arrange, schedule and participate in Company's events.
What skills you will need:
- University/College Degree
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in both Greek and English
- Excellent use of MS Office
- Previous professional experience in administrative position of at least three (3) years. Work within the legal sector will be considered as an extra asset
- Excellent planning, organizing & time management skills: ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
- Ability to compose official correspondence and to communicate with public authorities
