The accounting team of Bodytalk S.A.(Bdtk) seeks a Payroll expert to work at the company’s Athens headquarters. This position provides a unique opportunity to join a dynamic accounting team.

The role entails

• Being member of the accounting team
• Payroll Processing
• Processing of employee lifecycle transactions (leaves, working schedule changes, timeliness etc)
• Take responsibility for the delivery of tasks, as directed by the Accounting Manager
• Maintain HR database and electronic payroll file
• Knowledge of maintenance of category 3 books according to Greek Tax Legislation- payroll
• Preparing payroll reports
• Management of staff benefits

The successful candidate should have

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, or accounting & finance
• At least 4 years of previous working experience on payroll & Epsilon Business Payroll ERP
• Strong verbal and writing skills both in English & in Greek
• MS Office literate (familiarity in the use of excel files and related functions)
• Working experience with Enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, WMS, etc.) is preferred
• A confident and positive attitude, focused on teamwork and communication with colleagues and third parties at all levels
• Military services completed for male candidates
