About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team in Athen’s office, as Payroll Master. You will work closely with the Director of Finance (CFO) and the Human Resources Department (HRD) to ensure the smooth and accurate processing of payroll-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily payroll-related transactions, ensuring all data is accurately updated in the Payroll System.
- Cross-check attendance records submitted by Human Resources Department (HRD) versus employee time sheets to confirm accuracy.
- Prepare payroll data for submission to the outsourced company responsible for payroll processing, ensuring all deductions and additions (e.g., salary adjustments, overtime, expense claims) are correctly applied.
- Prepare and submit the monthly employee headcount to the payroll company and Department of Finance (DOF) before the end of each payroll month.
- Participate in necessary training sessions related to payroll and continuously improve knowledge of payroll regulations and software.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of required government payroll-related reports.
- Address employee inquiries regarding payroll and ensure clear communication regarding pay-related issues.
- Prepare and record payroll-related accruals (e.g., bonuses, holiday pay, pensions) and related accounting entries, ensuring accuracy.
- Perform monthly reconciliation of all payroll-related general ledger accounts.
- Assist with various payroll-related projects and analyses as needed.

- Maintain a positive working relationship with employees at all levels, facilitating effective communication and teamwork.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and ensure the accuracy of all payroll transactions and employee information.
Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Good level of English language.
- A minimum of two years of experience in a similar payroll or HR position.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of HR/Payroll software systems.
- Knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
