We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accountant to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Manage financial transactions, bookkeeping, and account reconciliation.
- Ensure tax compliance (VAT, payroll taxes, E9, audits) and liaise with authorities.
- Track project costs, verify invoices, and manage VAT exemptions.
- Oversee banking, loans, subsidies, and financial planning.
- Prepare reports, support audits, and advise on investments.
- Allocate expenses per project and maintain cost records.
- VAT exemptions / Pro-Rata handling.
- Verify subcontractor and supplier invoices.
- Issue and manage labor insurance contributions.
Qualifications
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting departments, preferably in a relevant industry.
- Proven experience in bookkeeping, financial reporting, and accounts reconciliation.
- Excellent knowledge and use of English language, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Pylon Epsilonet or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.
