As an Internal Audit Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our clients in identifying, assessing, and managing risks that may impact their business objectives. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on diverse projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams and leveraging your expertise to deliver value-added insights.
At the crossroads of Internal Audit, Supply Chain and Data, we are looking for ambitious, team players to join our growing team in our offices in Thessaloniki. As an Internal Audit Consultant you will:
- Design, reengineer and model complex business processes and realistic solutions, taking business needs and functional requirements into consideration, to improve the organizations’ performance.
- Bring business and IT together, translating business needs and functional requirements into technical requirements.
- Analyze and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the business processes, identify the associated risks and come up with action plans to mitigate these risks and to bring the business back in control.
- Gather and process data to measure and monitor process performance.
- Develop and document operational policies and procedures, and train business users.

What are the must have’s to excel in this role?
- Hold a master’s degree in Business, Economics or a related field.
- Possess 0 to 2 years of proven experience in at least one of the following areas: Business Process Analysis - Design/Reengineering/Internal Control optimization/Risk Management.
- Interested in risk-related assurance and advisory projects.
- Professional proficiency in English and French mandatory.
- Demonstrate an analytical mindset and the ability to display complex data in an understandable way.
- Team player but can also work independently.
- Experience with data visualization and dashboarding tools like Tableau, Qlik and PowerBI is also an asset.
- Possess Green belt and/or project management certifications, which are advantageous.
