Join our international team as a Secretary / Personal Assistant.

Secretary responsibilities include:

  • Acting as a first point of contact, dealing with email correspondence and phone calls
  • Managing schedules and organizing meetings and appointments
  • Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
  • Collaborate with Events Management when necessary
  • Reminding Management of important tasks and deadlines
  • Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
  • Managing databases and filing systems
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems

To be a successful Secretary you should possess the following qualifications:

  • University Degree in Communications/Administration or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of Secretarial experience in a respectable company in Greece or abroad
  • Fluent Knowledge of English and very good knowledge of French is mandatory
  • Must be willing to travel when needed
  • Must possess a discreet personality, with a high level of Integrity
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in planning events internationally will be considered as an asset
  • Excellent time management and organization skills
  • Experience in handling international partners will be considered an asset.
  • Personality that thrives under pressure
