We are seeking for a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as an Office Manager & Sales Administrator. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless functioning of office operations by providing essential administrative and financial support to enhance team productivity and organizational efficiency. This position will be responsible for optimizing office processes, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The successful candidate will foster a productive, well-organized work environment that supports the goals of the sales and management teams.

Responsibilities

Office Operations

  • Oversee and manage daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Maintain office equipment, supplies, and inventory; coordinate repairs and replacements as needed.
  • Develop and enforce office policies and procedures.

Administrative Support

  • Provide administrative support to management and staff.
  • Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and events.
  • Prepare expense reports for sales team
  • Monitor teams vacation days

Budget and Finance

  • Monitor office expenses and manage budgets.
  • Tracking of Sales actions expenses
  • Prepare Purchase requests (PR) for Sales & Marketing team
  • Process invoices, reimbursements, and financial reports in coordination with the finance department.

Compliance and Safety:

  • Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations.
  • Maintain records and oversee documentation related to compliance, licenses, and certifications.


Requirements

  • Minimum of one  year of proven experience in office management, administrative roles, or related fields.
  • Degree/Certification in BA is highly desirable
  • Strong knowledge of office & outlook
  • Fluent in English
  • Understanding of budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting
  • Knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with staff, management, and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
  • Precision in handling administrative tasks, expense reports, and financial documentation.
