Key Responsibilities
• Manage and coordinate daily schedules, appointments, and meetings.
• Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the employer.
• Organize travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
• Prepare reports, documents, and presentations as required.
• Conduct research and compile relevant information for meetings or projects.
• Oversee personal tasks such as errands, reservations, and household management.
• Liaise with clients, business partners, and other stakeholders professionally.
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
• Perform other administrative and organizational tasks as assigned.
Requirements
• Proven experience as an assistant administrator, or in a similar role.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities in both Greek & English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
• High level of discretion and professionalism.
• Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in event planning and project management.
• Familiarity with various digital tools for scheduling and task management.
