📌 Location: Athens, Greece

📍 Working Model: On-Site

🖋️You will be reporting to: Customer Service Manager

 

Duties/Responsibilities:

▪ Customer Assistance

▪ Information and Counselling about Retail products, Spare parts / accessories.

▪ Issues resolution with transport with customer deliveries

▪ Customer Complaints and claims assistance

▪ Support between internal departments, Kärcher branches and customers

▪ Support to the external commercial Network

▪ Technical support to the customers

▪ Management support to the Logistic Department and the External Operator

▪ Reimbursements

▪ Reception and call center management

▪ Sales support to the store customers

▪ In Store stock management in collaboration with the Branch Manager

▪ In store customer experience optimization

 

Candidate’s Profile:

▪ University degree, revolving around economics, business administration

▪ Minimum of 3 provable years of experience as a Customer Service agent

▪ Fluent in English language, written and spoken.

▪ IT knowledge, at a user level (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

▪ SAP knowledge will be valuable

▪ Organizational skills

▪ Customer oriented

▪ Team worker

▪ Analytic Skills and detail-oriented
