Responsibilities
- Organizes and monitors studies for construction projects, in collaboration with the designers and project teams
- Evaluates and checks the compliance of the studies with the applicable regulatory provisions and requirements of the projects
- Coordinates with other engineers and stakeholders to complete the required studies
- Participates in scheduling and monitoring the progress of the studies
- Resolves problems related to the studies and supports the construction sites during the implementation phases of the projects
- Communicates constantly with project management team to report progress and challenges
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a University or Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Master’s degree will be considered an additional qualification
- At least three (3) years of relevant experience in a company with a focus on studies
- Experience on a construction site will be considered an additional qualification
- Registration at the Technical Chamber of Greece (TCG) and license to practice the profession of Engineer in the corresponding specialty of the degree
- Good knowledge of relevant regulations and specifications will be considered an additional qualification
- Knowledge of AutoCAD
- Κnowledge of design and organization softwares will be considered an additional qualification
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Internet
- Good knowledge of the English language
- Availability in case of emergency (upon phone contact)
- Availability for urgent geographical relocations
