Liostasi, a prestigious member of the Small Luxury Hotels (SLH), is seeking a skilled and passionate Spa Therapist to enhance our Spa & Wellness offerings. This position is ideal for a professional who is dedicated to providing exceptional spa experiences and holistic wellness services.

About the Role:

As our Spa Therapist, you will be at the forefront of delivering a range of spa treatments and therapies that align with our hotel’s ethos of luxury, relaxation, and rejuvenation. Your expertise in spa therapies will contribute significantly to our guests' overall well-being and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of spa treatments including massages, facials, body treatments, and other wellness therapies.
• Conduct consultations with guests to understand their needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
• Ensure the highest standards of service, tailoring experiences to individual guest preferences.
• Maintain impeccable standards of hygiene and safety in the treatment area.
• Have a thorough understanding of all spa products and treatments offered, and advise guests accordingly.
• Assist with reception duties, including booking appointments and receiving payment for the services provided when necessary.
• Work collaboratively with the spa team to ensure a cohesive wellness experience for guests.

Requirements:

• Certified in massage therapy and/or beauty therapy from a recognized institution.
• Previous experience as a Spa Therapist, preferably in a luxury spa or hotel environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a gentle and caring demeanor. Fluency in English, knowledge of a second language is a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of various spa treatments and wellness practices.
• Passionate about holistic health and wellness, with a commitment to guest satisfaction.
