As a Senior Business Analyst, you’ll be at the core of translating ideas into actionable plans:

• Dive into complexity: Analyze upcoming projects and break down business requirements into clear, actionable insights.
• Bridge the gaps: Collaborate closely with developers, architects, project managers, and stakeholders to align project goals and deliverables.
• Lead the way: Conduct detailed requirements elicitation sessions, guiding teams through each phase of the project lifecycle.
• Craft clarity: Deliver precise user stories and blueprint documents that define project scope and goals.

• At least 5 years of experience in business analysis or related fields.
• A bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a technical field, such as computer science, or a similar discipline.
• Strong grasp of Agile methodology
• A technical background with a knack for transitioning into an analytical role.
• Familiarity with Microsoft products, especially DevOps, is a strong plus.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence is advantageous but not essential.
• Exposure to Fintech or Insurtech is a strong bonus, showcasing your adaptability in dynamic industries.
