Customer Care Agent

We are currently looking for Customer Care Agent to join our Customer Excellence Team part of our M Energy Customer Solution Division in our Paiania’s Offices.  

By joining this role, you'll play a vital part in enhancing the customer experience, building lasting relationships, and providing top-notch support that drives customer loyalty and business growth.

Your role will encompass:  

  • Manage incoming inquiries through all customer service touch points (inbound call, mails, social media).
  • Conduct entries with all the required customer information in the company’s CRM system.
  • Handle customer complaints through all touch points in accordance with company procedures.
  • Initiate outbound calls within the customer's lifecycle.
  • Work in shifts according to Customer Service working hours.

What you bring to the role: 

  • Experience in the Energy Sector or Service Provision will be considered as an asset.
  • Working hours flexibility.
  • Fluency in English both written and verbal.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good knowledge of Technology including PCs, software applications, and telephone systems.
