What You Will Be Doing

We are looking for Application Support Agents to join our team, to ensure that we deliver strong and reliable solutions to our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer technical support (email, phone on customer reported issues).
  • Communicate with customers via phone & e-mail.
  • Identify, investigate and resolve user’s problems.
  • Write and maintain training materials (manuals, documentation, presentations)
  • Prepare technical/problem reports.

Experience You Will Need to Succeed

  • BSc in Computer Science or related field
  • Experience in telephone support services

  • Solid organizational skills and focus on accuracy and attention to detail
  • Able to work independently or as part of a team
