Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

 

  • Troubleshooting, managing &  escalating customer requests
  • Handling DSLAM types
  • RUO procedures concerning inactive loops acceptances /rejections

RUO procedures concerning combined faults wh OTE

 

Core competencies, knowledge and experience:

 

  • At least 1,5 years of experience in technical support
  • Customer obsessed – emphasis on quality
  • Analytical skills
  • Team player
  • High levels of self-motivation & “can do” attitude

 

Must have technical / professional qualifications:

 

  • University or College degree
  • Excellent knowledge in ADSL & VDSL technologies and DSLAMs
  • Excellent knowledge in POTS, VoIP
  • Very good level of Greek and English language (oral and written)

Excellent knowledge in MS Office
