- Troubleshooting, managing & escalating customer requests
- Handling DSLAM types
- RUO procedures concerning inactive loops acceptances /rejections
RUO procedures concerning combined faults wh OTE
Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
- At least 1,5 years of experience in technical support
- Customer obsessed – emphasis on quality
- Analytical skills
- Team player
- High levels of self-motivation & “can do” attitude
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
- University or College degree
- Excellent knowledge in ADSL & VDSL technologies and DSLAMs
- Excellent knowledge in POTS, VoIP
- Very good level of Greek and English language (oral and written)
Excellent knowledge in MS Office
