ConsultingRESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Consultant, you will participate in Projects, where you will be responsible to:
- Conduct Operational and Statistical
- Identify improvement opportunities in Work Processes, Plan & Control Systems, and Managerial Skills.
- Deploy Action Plans for the operational optimization of different organizational departments.
- Design and implement new Management Systems and Operating Procedures.
- Communicate and co-operate with executives at all levels of our client companies.
- Work on different operational Case Studies, related to the business of our clients.
- Conduct Management Training to the executives of our clients.
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Engineering/Finance University background.
- Two (2) years of working experience, preferable on Business Re-engineering.
- Fluency in English.
- Computer proficiency in MS Office.
- Excellent communication, organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and under presure in a challenging environment.
- Result-oriented with strong leadership and multi-tasking abilities.
- Immediate availability.
