We are excited to invite applications from dynamic, driven, and passionate professionals to join our Athens office as a Transaction Advisory Senior Consultant.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and prepare business plans.
  • Perform research on economic & industry trends and financial benchmarking in view of reporting major performance indicators.
  • Perform financial due diligence analysis in the context of potential acquisitions or for other purposes.
  • Participate in the development of services within the departments. Prepare deliverables in in the frame of services offered such as business plan, independent reviews etc. valuation analyses in a wide range of industries using the latest techniques.
  • Assist in developing the business through preparation of studies and other relevant materials.
  • Prepare presentations for clients, higher management and other stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance or a related field
  • MSc degree in Accounting & Finance or related field would be advantageous
  • Holder or studying (at the final stages) towards a relevant professional qualification (e.g. ACCA, ACA, CFA)
  • 2 - 4 years of experience in the Transaction Advisory or equivalent department of a consulting firm
  • Results orientation and ability to work in a dynamic team environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive, mature and professional attitude
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and in both Greek and English
  • Computer literacy, with very good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Power Point)
  • Good knowledge of international and local accounting policies
