AXF S.A., attrattivo & ‘ALE, is looking for a talented Junior Fashion Designer. As a Junior Fashion Designer, you will work under the direction of the Head of the Design department and closely with the other members of the design team. 

You should be creative, dedicated and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the design process from conception through to final styling
• Conducting market research to identify new trends, fabrics and techniques, and seeking design inspiration
• Collaborating with team members to select seasonal themes, make edits to line, and create new concepts
• Participating in team meetings to provide input and ideas for design projects
• Ensuring product agrees with business strategy
• Creating production sketches for development packages
• Collaborating with technical designer to ensure development packages are accurate
• Selection of fabrics, embellishments, colors, or a style for each garment.
• Close cooperation with product management and the quality team during the entire product development process, from design to production
• Reviewing product to style and fit during presentation
• Presenting story, mood, color boards, and samples to buyers

Requirements:

• Bachelors or College degree in fashion design, fine arts, or related field
• Proficient user in Photoshop and Illustrator  
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Availability to travel for research and product development
• Ability to do sketches by hand
• Excellent design and conceptual skills
• Excellent sense of style and color
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to meet multiple deadlines
• Fluency in Greek & English
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring that they are completed on time and to a high standard
• Strong artistic skills, including the ability to create visually appealing designs that are both creative and technically proficient
• Excellent collaboration skills
• Attention to detail, including the ability to work efficiently while maintaining high standards for quality.
