As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing intuitive, engaging, and visually compelling user experiences. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure our digital solutions are user-centered and aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design modern, clean, and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, etc.).
• Respect every brand’s guidelines for the design process
• Conduct user research and usability testing to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and maintain design systems and reusable UI components to ensure consistency across products.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
• Strong proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD).
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and responsive design.
• Experience creating wireframes, user flows, storyboards, and interactive prototypes.
• Strong visual design skills including layout, typography, color, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.

Nice to Have (Optional but Preferred):

• Experience with motion/interaction design tools (e.g., After Effects, Principle).
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG, ADA).
• Familiarity with user research, A/B testing, and usability testing methodologies.
