As the Head of eCommerce Sales, you will play a pivotal role in defining and executing the eCommerce strategy for our client company. This position is responsible for driving online revenue and market share through strategic planning, analysis, and team leadership. You will work closely with various internal teams including marketing, operations, and product development to ensure alignment on objectives and performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the eCommerce platform, ensuring smooth functionality and a user-friendly experience
- Develop and implement strategies to increase online sales, conversion rates, and customer retention
- Monitor sales KPIs, providing regular reports and insights to senior management
- Analyze performance metrics, traffic, and sales data to identify insights and opportunities for improvement and growth
- Collaborate with marketing team to execute campaigns, promotions, and content that align with brand identity
- Oversee budget allocation and resource management for the eCommerce division
- Manage digital assets, including product listings, pricing, images, descriptions, and inventory coordination
- Stay updated on eCommerce trends and technologies, as well as fashion at an international level, to maintain a competitive edge
- Work closely with logistics and customer service teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Proven experience in eCommerce management, preferably within the fashion industry, with a strong record of success in driving online sales and growth
- Strong understanding of online sales strategies and digital marketing
- Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and eCommerce platforms
- Excellent organizational, people management and multitasking skills
- Ability to understand customer behaviour in the eCommerce landscape, preferences & pain points and translate them into actionable improvements
- Oversee budget allocation and resource management for the eCommerce division
