Responsibilities:

• Plan& manage daily store operations across the retail, e-shop, and warehouse
• Full oversight of the team, including overseeing recruitment, training, and performance feedback for the team in every position
• Meet sales targets, implement company guidelines, and lead the team
• Handle staff and customer issues (concerns, complaints, feedback) with ease and efficiency
• Cultivate a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and development
• Enforce policies on cash handling, loss prevention, and safety
• Maintain visual standards to enhance customer appeal and drive sales
• Deliver high customer satisfaction and service quality
• Full understanding, desire, and following of the store’s policy
• Report trends and customer needs to supervisors and collaborate on improvements and growth of the company
• Cooperate actively and report regularly to supervisors
