Digital Marketing and E-commerce Specialist


Kariera Group, on behalf of our client, a fast-growing company in the e-commerce industry, is seeking a talented and results-driven Digital Marketing and E-commerce Specialist to join their dynamic team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Plan, set up, and optimize Google Ads & Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) campaigns to achieve the highest possible ROAS.
  • Analyze user behavior & campaign performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) & Google Tag Manager.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies & budgeting based on business goals and market trends.
  • Implement SEO & content optimization strategies (on-page & off-page) using tools like Google Search Console & Ahrefs.
  • Design and optimize email marketing & automation campaigns via Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Moosend, ContactPigeon, etc.
  • Perform data analysis & performance optimization, cross-referencing data from multiple sources (Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, CRM).
  • Apply Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) techniques, including A/B testing & funnel analysis, to improve conversions.
  • Utilize basic web development knowledge (HTML/CSS) for troubleshooting and minor landing page adjustments.
  • Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, including AI tools & Performance Max campaigns.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing & e-commerce.
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads & Meta Ads campaign management & optimization.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager & Data Studio.
  • Solid understanding of SEO principles and tools like Ahrefs & Google Search Console.
  • Hands-on experience with email marketing & marketing automation tools.
  • Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with developers, designers & cross-functional teams.
  • Strong project management skills, handling multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills & ability to present detailed reports.
  • Fluency in Greek & English, both written & spoken.
