A day at work
You will be an integral member of our Process Improvement team who is located at our headquarters in Kilkis. On daily basis, you contribute to our daily improvement plan for our production lines. As Process Improvement Engineer, you are responsible to observe and evaluate the overall production process. You collect and analyze all the necessary data and detect patterns and trends to implement solutions for continuous improvement. Our Process Improvement team is responsible to develop and implement new strategies that aim to improve the overall performance, reduce waste, increase productivity and improve the quality of our products. You will cooperate with all the production team to evaluate the new technological tools and systems.

Your mentality

Your knowledge on engineering and statistical analysis and your problem-solving mentality are very important for this role. Your profile
- University/Tei degree as a Mechanical Engineer/ Production & Management Engineer or a related field
- Previous experience in a similar position or in an industry will be appreciated.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and 6-Sigma, preferred.
- Good knowledge of the English language and computers
- Knowledge of AutoCAD or other design program
- Organization & communication skills
- Team player
- Problem-solving ability, responsibility and goal-setting mindset
