We are growing and looking for an experienced Project Manager  to join our Project Management team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget
• Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Ensure resource availability and effective allocation
• Develop a detailed project plan and performance tool and track project progress
• Prepare project status reports and conduct meetings regularly on progress, risks, issues, and recommended solutions
• Coordinate with technical leads to set delivery tasks and priorities
• Document, maintain, and review proposals for projects, including requirements, business processes, project objectives, systems, information specifications, timelines, funding and personnel
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
• Be actively involved in managing the client, key stakeholders and third parties’/vendors’ relationship
• Perform risk management assessment to minimize project risks.

• University Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or similar discipline
• 4 – 5 years proven working experience as a project manager in the energy sector or in a similar position
• Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in information technologies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English
• Solid organizational and communication skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
• Team spirit and problem-solving aptitude are required
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office και MS Project
