We are looking for a Technical Support Consultant to join our high caliber team.
Your Role:
- Design and implement custom solutions using Soft1 tools, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
- Analyze business and functional requirements to develop and implement advanced technical specifications.
- Conduct unit testing and troubleshooting to ensure software quality and reliability.
- Collaborate closely with business consultants, providing technical insights and designing solutions for identified gaps.
- Provide training and ongoing technical support for customized Soft1 implementations.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and contribute to continuous process improvement
Your Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within ERP consulting, implementation, or software development.
- Strong expertise in SQL Server, JavaScript, ERP software.
- Experience in Business Intelligence tools and .NET is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and analytical mindset.
- Strong customer-oriented approach with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
