Position: Project Manager

Project: A 55.000 m² residential development “DELIA LEBADA RESIDENCES”

Location: Bucharest, Romania

Requirements: Degree in Civil engineering, architecture or similar

• Proven experience supervising residential construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Fluent in English.
• Willing to allocate time and effort in learning Romanian language.

Job Description:

• Reporting to Project Director.
• Supervise and coordinate construction activities, ensuring that work is executed according to project specifications and safety regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify issues, and ensure compliance with local building codes and design requirements.
• Collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure the efficient execution of tasks and resolve any on-site challenges.
• Procurement, ensuring timely delivery and quality control on-site.
• Analytical reporting, budget tracking, and any variances, providing updates to management and stakeholders.
• Review and verify construction schedules, adjusting timelines if necessary

Remuneration:
