Partly remoteKey Responsibilities
- Offer preparation and follow-up
- Sales forecast & reporting on specific KPIs
- Direct Sales and follow-up on client list
- Maintain and Renew Maintenance Contracts in a yearly base
- Follow up of existing installed base
- Understanding and promoting of the services offer (digital offer, cloud platforms, Secure Power maintenance consulting)
- Regular digital communication and calls to customers to identify further needs
- Understanding pricing offer list and discount ranges, handling requests for special prices
- Reporting on specific KPIs
- Retain existing customers and expand collaboration using digital services offers
- Close collaboration with other sales teams, finance department, product managers, etc.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering from a University or a Technological Institution
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in similar sales position preferably in a multinational environment
- Adequate technical expertise in electrical distribution (Secure Power offer, UPS, Batteries, Maintenance Contracts)
- Good knowledge of English language.
- Strong negotiation & communication skills
- Customer focused, ability to adapt to different client profiles
- Team player, ability to interact with colleagues at all levels
- Achievement drive and results orientation
- Global mindset willing to adapt in a multi-cultural environment
- Self-driven, able to work autonomously and take initiative
- Proficient oral and written command of the English language
- Advanced PC Skills
