ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, a dynamic and growing company in the photovoltaic sector, is looking for an Mechanical Engineer – Photovoltaic Projects to join their team.

📌 Location: Acharnai, Greece
🖋️ Reports to: Project Director

Scope of the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to manage the full EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) lifecycle of projects, from system design and material procurement to installation and commissioning. The role also covers Operations & Maintenance (O&M), ensuring the continuous performance and efficiency of completed installations.

What you will do

• Design and optimize mechanical systems using specialized software.
• Record and evaluate project measurements in the corresponding system.
• Prepare technical and financial proposals for engineering projects.
• Manage procurement of materials and equipment, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure cost control.
• Plan and oversee project execution, ensuring alignment between procurement schedules and construction timelines.
• Supervise the installation and commissioning of mechanical systems.
• Monitor and maintain the performance of completed projects (O&M).
• Occasionally conduct on-site visits when necessary.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s or Technical Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 3 years of experience in photovoltaic or renewable energy projects.
• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Pvsyst, 4MCAD) and procurement tools (Softone) is preferred.
• Expertise in Procurement systems, and MS Office.
• Ability to prepare financial reports and forecasts.
• Knowledge of English

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects effectively.
