ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, a dynamic and growing company in the photovoltaic sector, is looking for an Electrical Engineer – Photovoltaic Projects to join their team.

📌 Location: Acharnai, Greece
🖋️ Reports to: Project Director

Scope of the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to oversee the full spectrum of EPC for photovoltaic projects. The role involves system design, procurement, installation, and commissioning of solar energy projects. Additionally, the Operations & Maintenance (O&M) responsibilities ensure the continuous efficiency and performance of completed installations.

What you will do

• Design, analyze, and optimize electrical systems using specialized software.
• Record and evaluate project measurements in the corresponding system.
• Develop technical and financial proposals for photovoltaic projects.
• Manage material and equipment procurement, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure cost control.
• Plan and supervise project execution, ensuring alignment between procurement schedules and construction timelines.
• Oversee the installation and commissioning of photovoltaic systems.
• Monitor, maintain, and ensure the efficient performance of completed projects (O&M).
• Occasionally conduct on-site visits when necessary.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s or Technical Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 3 years of experience in photovoltaic or renewable energy projects.
• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Pvsyst, 4MCAD) and procurement tools (Softone) is preferred.
• Expertise in Procurement systems, and MS Office.
• Ability to prepare financial reports and forecasts.
• Knowledge of English

• Strong organizational, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects effectively.
