Senior Field Architect Engineer (Building sector-Milos Island)

Main Responsibilities:

• Manages planning, execution and completion of construction project, ensuring all phases are executed according to timeline
• Supervises on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety standards and regulatory requirements
• Provides technical support and guidance to the construction team, including contractors, subcontractors and site workers, ensuring all engineering aspects are addressed
• Assists in preparing project budgets and manages costs to keep projects within financial limits, ensuring efficient use of resources
• Maintains accurate and detailed project documentation, including daily reports, schedules and project plans
• Supervises the implementation of the original plan and proposes changes to the original design, if needed
• Promotes and enforces health and safety standards on construction sites

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
• 10+ years of working experience in related roles
• Proficiency in architectural design software
• Excellent knowledge of AutoCad
• Excellent knowledge of English language, both oral and written
• Ability to operate in a highly technical field
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials and legal regulations
