Senior Construction Civil Engineer (Building Sector - Milos Island)

Main responsibilities:

• Participates in planning, execution and delivery of construction project from initiation to completion
• Develops and implements comprehensive project schedules and budgets, monitoring progress against established targets and timelines
• Reviews design documents, technical files and other technical documentation as required
• Monitors and mitigates any risks arising on-site and acts proactively
• Identifies cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to drive project success
• Prepares progress reports and communicates project status updates to the construction manager
• Works closely with engineers, subcontractors and working crew, ensuring compliance with all regulations and quality standards
• Ensures compliance with all relevant regulations and contractual obligations
• Contributes to the development and implementation of construction policies and procedures, promoting best practices in health and safety

Qualifications:

• BSc degree in Civil Engineering
• 15 years of experience of construction supervision in building projects
• Strong project management skills, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
• Deep knowledge of construction processes (concrete structures, earthwork, metal and carpentry works, MEP installations, etc.)
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools
