Responsibilities

• Performs measurements on construction sites and in other fields of work
• Supervises and controls the constructions and receives materials and equipment
• Addresses on-site project issues
• Undertakes the quality assurance checks of the project
• Maintains the project schedule and timeline
• Ensures the adherence to schedules
• Prepares notes, practices, correspondence and undertakes the necessary monitoring of the technical issues of the project
• Applies the safety rules at the construction site

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a University or Technological Educational Institute or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• At least three (3) years of relevant experience on a construction site
• Experience in a technical or construction company will be considered an additional qualification
• Registration at the Technical Chamber of Greece (TCG)
• License to practice the profession of Engineer in the corresponding specialty of the degree
• Declaration certificate from the competent Regional Authority for exercising the full range of activities outlined in P.D. 115/2012 and 108/2013
• Knowledge of AutoCAD
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Internet
• Availability in case of emergency (upon phone contact)
• Availability for urgent geographical relocations
