SICAP is the Technical Company of SABO Group, founded in 1992, based in the center of Chalkida. The company has a 5th class contractor degree and constructs Port, Hydraulic and Road Construction projects in the private and public sector having at its disposal modern mechanical equipment, such as asphalt complex and machinery, earthmoving machines and portable concrete production complexes. SICAP also specializes in the construction of new industrial units with concrete or steel bearing structure and composite structures, as well as in the renovation of existing buildings and facilities. Finally, it deals with residential constructions, detached houses, apartment buildings and residential complexes.
The company is staffed by Civil Engineers, Mechanical Engineers, Surveying Engineers, Economists and specialized technicians. This team, which is full of motivation, passion for development and innovation, is looking for a Business Analyst & Controller.
Your role in more detail:
As a Business Analyst & Controller, you will
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes with accurate data and analysis
- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning and forecasting
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management
- Monitor and analyze financial performance against budgets and forecasts
- Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accurate financial reporting
- Lead or participate in cross-functional projects to improve business processes and financial systems
Your Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting or a related field. MBA or relevant certification will be a plus
- At least 3 years of experience in general ledger
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst & Controller or in similar role with a strong understanding of financial management and business analysis
- Proficiency in ERP systems (preferably Soft1) and Excel
- In-depth understanding of financial and accounting principles, regulations, and reporting standards
- High attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting and analysis
- Strong team spirit
