Accounts Receivable Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Oversees the accounts receivable process, ensuring that the company collects payments for services delivered to customers in a timely and accurate manner
• Manages collection activities such as negotiating with past-due accounts
• Directs and leads the collection team
• Ensures accurate recording of accounts receivable and resolve discrepancies
• Monitors daily customer account balances and ensures timely payments
• Verifies all transactions and customer deposits in the company’s system
• Coordinates with sales, finance and customers to ensure payment terms are followed
• Assists in the financial planning with the help of cash forecasting
• Prepares reports related to collections and the status of customer accounts

Requirements:

• BSc degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• 5+ years of professional experience in a relevant role
• Advanced Knowledge of MS Office
• Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken)
