Responsibilities:

• Undertakes financial monitoring of operational goals and budgets achievement
• Develops financial reporting
• Utilizes investment project management tools (SAP ERP)
• Prepares reports of operating expenses and deviations for the Head of General Directorate
• Monitors the procurement program
• Manages accounting and cash flows and financial transactions
• Records, manages and analyzes General Directorate’s financial results
• Develops presentations for the Head of General Directorate

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from a University or College or Technological Educational Institute in Economics, Business Administration, Science or a related field
• At least one (1) year of relevant experience in an administrative/financial position
• Experience in Forecasting & Financial Modelling and/or Cost Analysis and/or Data Visualization and/or Statistical Modelling and/or Financial Analysis & Reporting will be considered an additional qualification
• Experience in Energy will be considered an additional qualification
• Knowledge of SAP ERP will be considered an additional qualification
• Knowledge of Power BI, Alteryx, MS Project, SQL will be considered an additional qualification
• Good knowledge of the English language 
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) & Internet
