Responsibilities:
- Undertakes financial monitoring of operational goals and budgets achievement
- Develops financial reporting
- Utilizes investment project management tools (SAP ERP)
- Prepares reports of operating expenses and deviations for the Head of General Directorate
- Monitors the procurement program
- Manages accounting and cash flows and financial transactions
- Records, manages and analyzes General Directorate’s financial results
- Develops presentations for the Head of General Directorate
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from a University or College or Technological Educational Institute in Economics, Business Administration, Science or a related field
- At least one (1) year of relevant experience in an administrative/financial position
- Experience in Forecasting & Financial Modelling and/or Cost Analysis and/or Data Visualization and/or Statistical Modelling and/or Financial Analysis & Reporting will be considered an additional qualification
- Experience in Energy will be considered an additional qualification
- Knowledge of SAP ERP will be considered an additional qualification
- Knowledge of Power BI, Alteryx, MS Project, SQL will be considered an additional qualification
- Good knowledge of the English language
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) & Internet
