#YourRole

We support our clients in designing companies’ economic and financial models for M&A, project finance, refinancing, strategic planning and stress testing. The model can be requested by companies or their stakeholders (lenders, holdings), to build or improve internal excel model. 

Your role as a Consultant will focus on the delivery of client engagements by understanding expectations and demonstrating personal accountability for keeping performance on track, exercising effective communication and relationship-building skills and contributing to the priorities of the team, and clients. You will commit to personal learning and development and explore opportunities to make an impact by delivering exceptional client services. 

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work for industrial companies in Consumer, Industrial Products, Energy, Technology & Healthcare sectors.

 

Our activities consist in 

Designing & review: 

• companies’ economic and financial models
• complex and risk-adjusted financial models
• models for structured finance transactions
• models for industry-specific regulated sectors (Energy and Infrastructure).

 

Support our clients in designing specific investments’ economic and financial models:

• return on investment analysis
• preparation of financial models to support investment decisions (capital resource  planning, return on investment analysis)
• preparation of financial models for investment portfolio optimization, supporting maximization of expected returns and/or minimization of total risk
• Cost-Benefit Analysis (ACB) for determining the viability of investments involving public-private financing.

 

Model Assurance: We support clients or their stakeholders (lenders, investors, Private Equity) in the analysis of a company’s business plan / investment’s financial model in order to assess the correctness / integrity / reliability of the model:

• Model Due Diligence: analysis and attestation of economic/financial models for the use of investors / lenders (AUP for verifying the correctness / integrity / reliability of the model)
• Business plan analysis and attestation (ex ISAE 3400 - The examination of prospective financial reporting) for internal or stakeholders (such as financing institutions) purposes.

 

During your tenure you will demonstrate and develop the ability to:

• Analyze business plan, check formulas and correctness
• Develop business plan
• Analyze industry trends and competitors
• Perform industry-specific models
• Prepare final reports and appraisals.

 

#WinningRequirements 

 

To qualify for the role, you must have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or any related field.
• Master's Degree (M.Sc. or MBA) in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration from a prominent University would be considered a strong asset.
• Professional Qualification (CFA, ACA, ACCA, or similar) will be considered a strong asset.
• Relevant work experience (up to 3 years) in M&A Advisory, Valuations, Capital Raising, Restructuring, Project Finance, Transaction Support, etc., preferably within a major International professional services firm (Big-4 or other) or an investment bank in Greece or abroad, would be considered as an asset but not mandatory.
• Excellent command of the Greek & English language.
• Excellent written, verbal & presentation skills.
