Mellon Technologies SA, seeks to hire a Fixed Income Operations Administrator on behalf of a large Financial Institute

Key responsibilities:

• Ensure complete and accurate capturing of fixed income transactions (i.e. Bonds, Repos etc.) in the systems.
• Create and send Swift messages – monitor the settlement of fixed income transactions.
• Post accounting entries.
• Communication with counterparties & Treasury where and when required.
• Monitoring of Available Funds (in-out amounts reporting, reconciliation of Nostro accounts balances, funds transfers)

•  Hold a Bachelor and/or postgraduate degree in Finance or a related discipline.
•   Any related professional experience will be considered an asset.
•   Have basic knowledge of investment products (Bonds, Repos etc.)
•   Have basic knowledge of payments / funds transfers / use of Swift will be considered a plus
•   Are Proficient of the MS Office suite, especially excel and word.
•   Are fluent in English language.
•   Have strong interpersonal and communication skills, collaborative spirit, agility, and can-do attitude.
