- Monitor food stock levels and assist with inventory management.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Adjust recipes and cooking techniques as needed to meet guest preferences or dietary requirements.
- Ensure all equipment and kitchen tools are used and maintained properly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in culinary arts or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a cook.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to food quality.
- Familiarity with kitchen safety and sanitation regulations.
- Team player with a positive and professional attitude.
- Fluency in English is an advantage.
