Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes in accordance with menu specifications and presentation standards.
  • Ensure all meals are prepared efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen at all times.
  • Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines.
  • Monitor food stock levels and assist with inventory management.
  • Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
  • Adjust recipes and cooking techniques as needed to meet guest preferences or dietary requirements.
  • Ensure all equipment and kitchen tools are used and maintained properly.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in culinary arts or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a cook.
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to food quality.
  • Familiarity with kitchen safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Team player with a positive and professional attitude.
  • Fluency in English is an advantage.
