- Greet guests warmly and promptly upon their arrival.
- Seat guests and present menus.
- Take orders and serve food and beverages.
- Provide outstanding customer service.
- Present bills and handle payments.
- Maintain extensive knowledge of the menu and presentation standards.
- Communicate any special meal requirements, allergies, or dietary needs to the kitchen.
- Ensure guest satisfaction with each course and beverage.
- Keep the restaurant clean and organized at all times, including both front and back-of-house areas.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment throughout the shift.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality / Tourism Management
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
- Friendly and approachable personality
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented
- Well-groomed with strong interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar restaurant setting (a la carte or buffet) at a 4-5-star property
- Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) or Portable Data Assistant (PDA) appliances
