Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and promptly upon their arrival.
• Seat guests and present menus.
• Take orders and serve food and beverages.
• Provide outstanding customer service.
• Present bills and handle payments.
• Maintain extensive knowledge of the menu and presentation standards.
• Communicate any special meal requirements, allergies, or dietary needs to the kitchen.
• Ensure guest satisfaction with each course and beverage.
• Keep the restaurant clean and organized at all times, including both front and back-of-house areas.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality / Tourism Management
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
• Friendly and approachable personality
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented
• Well-groomed with strong interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar restaurant setting (a la carte or buffet) at a 4-5-star property
• Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) or Portable Data Assistant (PDA) appliances
