We are seeking a dynamic and strategic IoT Product Manager to lead and manage our comprehensive IoT solution’s portfolio, which encompasses our proprietary IoT platform and a strong partner ecosystem.

Position Overview:

The IoT Product Manager will play a pivotal role in defining and executing the product roadmap, conducting market research and working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and launch innovative products. This role is integral to enhancing our market presence across various verticals, including Smart Cities, Utilities, Factories, Sustainability and Environment and is well suited for a highly motivated individual with creative thinking and a passion for IoT technology and a solid track record in product management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Portfolio Management: Oversee the IoT product portfolio, ensuring clarity, consistency and alignment with market segmentation across multiple verticals. Simplify and streamline the product offerings for targeted markets.
  • Product Roadmap Development: Define and develop a cohesive and competitive strategic product roadmap that aligns with the company’s vision, objectives and market demands. Collaborate and coordinate relevant stakeholders to ensure consistent execution of related technical and commercial activities.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs and opportunities for innovation within the IoT landscape.
  • Brand Management: Simplify, standardize and ensure consistency in the branding of IoT solutions across all channels and markets.
  • Collateral Development: Review and update all collateral materials, ensuring that technical descriptions and presentations are tailored to specific target markets. Develop high-quality marketing materials that effectively communicate the value propositions of our IoT solutions.
  • Web Presence: Ensure the company’s website accurately reflects the full range of IoT solutions offered and is optimized for clarity, usability and engagement.
  • Product assessment: Monitor product performance through key metrics, analytics and customer feedback and provide internal reports. Use data-driven insights to optimize overall product competitive position.
  • Product Development: Collaborate with development teams and other key stakeholders to create a common codebase that can be customized for clients, reducing costs and increasing efficiency.
  • Strategy Formulation: Drive the IoT business unit strategy in collaboration with various stakeholders, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.


Requirements

  • BSc in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • An MSc in Marketing, Product Management or an MBA is preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as Product Manager, preferably in IoT or ICT technology fields
  • Solid understanding of IoT technologies, including hardware, software, cloud platforms and connectivity protocols and market dynamics
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex product portfolios across multiple verticals
  • Experience in brand management and marketing, with a focus on simplifying and clarifying product offerings
