Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate projects to improve operations, enhance service delivery, and meet business goals.
- Work with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and effective collaboration.
- Monitor project progress, track KPIs, and report outcomes to stakeholders.
- Develop strategies to address challenges and maintain project timelines.
- Deliver presentations on project status, risks, and opportunities to leadership.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills to connect with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to create and deliver impactful presentations.
- Previous experience in the BPO/call center industry, considered a strong advantage.
- Fluency in English.
- Demonstrated success managing projects, including effective use of PM tools.
- A project management certification is highly desirable.
