Responsibilities:

  • Supervises the procurement plan
  • Records and evaluates Production Procurement Contracts
  • Coordinates and monitors contract issues
  • Monitors the schedule and implementation procedures of project contracts, the management of allocated resources and continuously and timely informs about any changes that occur during their implementation, in collaboration with the relevant General Directorates
  • Prepares the reports on the progress of contracts
  • Assists in the preparation of Technical Specifications on special issues

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a University or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical and Aeronautical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
  • Master’s degree related to the degree (mechanical/electrical engineering) will be considered an additional qualification
  • At least three (3) years of relevant experience in the management and execution of contracts and technical specifications (writing/monitoring)
  • Experience in contract management in energy companies will be considered as an additional qualification
  • License to practice as an Engineer in the relevant specialty of the degree
  • Good knowledge of the English language
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) & Internet
  • Availability in case of emergency (upon phone contact)
  • Availability for urgent geographical relocations
