Canaves Collection is seeking a skilled and proactive Group Maintenance Manager to join our team and ensure the smooth operation of our luxury properties in Santorini. As the Head of Maintenance, you will be responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities, managing a team of technicians, and ensuring that all facilities are in optimal condition for our guests.

Your role is vital in maintaining the high standards of service that Canaves Collection is known for. You will collaborate with other departments and lead initiatives to enhance the overall guest experience through well-maintained and functioning facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for all equipment and facilities.
• Supervise and manage the maintenance team, providing training and support as needed.
• Conduct regular inspections of the properties to identify and address maintenance issues promptly.
• Manage maintenance budgets and procurement of parts and equipment.
• Coordinate with external contractors and service providers when necessary.
• Ensure that all maintenance activities comply with health and safety regulations.
• Report to senior management on maintenance operations and budgets.

• Proven experience in a maintenance management role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building maintenance.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to maintenance operations.
